We are doing our best to fill packages with the most needed medical equipment. We focus on locally adapted accessories such as protective masks, gloves, syringes, needles, venflons, stethoscopes, etc. – the equipment necessary for the functioning of medical facilities. We know from the experience that well-matched ‘equipment’ matches the current lack of equipment, improves the functioning of hospitals and facilitates the work of local doctors. Thanks to constant contact with outlets to which parcels are delivered, we constantly monitor the current state of demand and we know what is the biggest problem.
We provide missing equipment to places that needs them the most.
We try to identify and meet local needs to the best of our abilities.
Within a year we try to send at least two packages. In order to achieve this goal, we are constantly looking for the support and financial resources necessary for shippings.
Not everyone knows that the biggest cost of such a shipment is courier. Therefore, we try to contact courier companies or post offices (if you want to help us look here).
Because of the high courier costs, packages are mostly provided by our outgoing volunteers – as extra luggage (to become a volunteer and to be able to go to Tanzania – look here).
